1. Website Catalog References

All mentions of size, weight, construction, color, and images are approximations. We are not responsible for typographical errors. For additional details and a list of included items, please refer to the overview. Descriptions may pertain to finish and/or the actual construction materials. Descriptions may refer to finish and/or actual construction materials. Images are for reference only. 2. How To Place An Order

We want you to feel comfortable when placing your order. Murphy Bed Direct has several ordering options available for you to choose from:

Online: You can use our online checkout at murphybeddirect.com. All transactions are secure and protected. We will reach out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed to confirm order and set up delivery.

By Phone: You can absolutely call us at our toll-free number (888) 995-0155 during our business hours. We will check the item's availability and schedule the delivery for you. 

3. Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club)
  • Apple Pay
  • Affirm
  • Amazon Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Meta Pay
  • Venmo

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

Murphy Bed Direct accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club. On the checkout page, select "Credit Card" as your method of payment. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.  

Paying with Affirm

On the checkout page, select "Affirm" as your method of payment. You will then be prompted to log in to your Affirm account to complete your purchase securely.

Paying with Amazon Pay

On the checkout page at the top under express checkout you can select Amazon Pay which will prompt you to login to your Amazon account. You will be able to checkout and complete your purchase securely. 

Credit Card Security

The personal information you enter in your Murphy Bed Direct account, including your billing and shipping information is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as is is transmitted over the internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers at restricted-access sites. 

4. Order Confirmation

Shortly after you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to let you know we have received your order. Please check your email in case there are problems (with payment, quantities, compatibility questions, etc.) Also, check the order status link on this email. If your is on hold, then there is something that needs to be corrected. 

If you did not receive an Order Confirmation with your order number, please give us a call at (888) 995-0155.

5. Order Fulfillment

Credit Card Processing

All credit card payments are processed by Murphy Bed Direct and will be displayed on your credit card statement as such. If for some reason a credit card does not process, we will, at our discretion, either void the order and notify the customer, or try processing the order at a later date. Items cannot be shipped until payment in full as been collected. 

Billing Errors & Omissions

Any errors or omissions will be corrected and either billed or refunded to the customer as necessary. If an order is incorrect, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 48 hours of our sending the order confirmation email to the customer. If the customer does not notify us within that time, the customer will be responsible for the order. If the customer does not give his/her email address, the email address is incorrect, or the customer does not receive the email for any reason, the customer waives his/her right to correct an invoice. Murphy Bed Direct is not responsible for any typographical or erroneous errors. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the customer wants to change the address for any reason after the item(s) has been shipped, additional freight fees are required depending on the "ship to" location.

6. Sales Tax

Any item that ships to an address in Texas will be subject to 8.25% sales tax, which applies to the item cost and the shipping. However, Murphy Bed Direct is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we do encourage you to check your State's regulations before you shop.

7. Pricing and Availability

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. After we have received your order, we will also inform you if any item(s) on your order are unavailable. 

8. Using Promotional Codes

Should you have a promotional coupon code, be sure to enter it during checkout to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. Please note that many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase and are valid with online orders only.
